Refund Policy
We do not refund any monies for return of the templates. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The requirements for downloading and editing templates are clearly stated, so make sure that you have the software required before you purchase the template. No refunds will be given on the basis that the template does not meet your requirements.

You are responsible to have the programs and knowledge in order to open, view and edit the templates.
